  • Willow Class talk PANTS!

    Fri 28 Jun 2019

    Pants, pants, pants, pants.

    Pants, pants, pants, pants.

    Pants, pants, Pantasaurus!

Willow class were talking PANTS on Friday with a little help from Pantasaurus! We learnt how to keep safe using the PANTS rule and we are super confident to talk about the parts of our body that are private to us. We designed some very snazzy pants too so please a look!

There is lots of information online through the NSPCC website to help you at home. If you'd like to take a look, please visit our Safeguarding pages for the links - 'Children' tab, then 'Staying Safe'....scroll down to PANTS!

    Fri 28 Jun 2019
Such fun this afternoon! We went to the woods in the glorious sunshine and had an awesome time building dens together. The pictures speak for themselves so take a look!
  • What a surprise!

    Fri 21 Jun 2019
Well, this was a most unexpected Friday enrichment time! Mr Morley (Mr Swain's work experience colleague) had read in the newspaper during lunchtime that the renovated swimming pool at The New Bath hotel would be officially opening in the afternoon.  It sounded like an opportunity not to be missed so I phoned to invite ourselves over!  We met two Olympic swimmers and were very inspired by watching them take to the pool, gliding past us effortlessly.  Toby and Tim were interviewed by Radio Derby and the editor from Derbyshire Life magazine asked us to send her some of our photos so look out for us appearing soon!  What an afternoon!  Take a look at the pictures!
  • Family Friday - Art Attack!

    Fri 21 Jun 2019
Noise? Exploring? Mess? Yep...that was our BIG ART ATTACK during Family Friday!
  • Peak Wildlife Park

    Tue 04 Jun 2019
Willow class enjoyed a great first day back today by kicking off their new topic with a visit to Peak Wildlife Park. What experiences we enjoyed! There were lots of awesome animals to encounter and we were so privileged to see a few new babies too. It's not every day you get to see penguins pass by your feet; watch lemurs nibbling food right in front of you; stroke enormous pigs as they happily munch on treats and more! Take a look at our photos...
