After School Clubs (3.30pm - 5.30pm daily)

After School Clubs are led by our Play Leader, Miss Katie Harby, who is also one of our Teaching Assistants. After School Club is from 3.30pm -5.30pm on a daily basis during term time. After School Club is charged at £3 per hour (or part hour) per day. A range of activities will be provided for the children ensuring there is a balance between relaxation and play. The club is not seen as an extension of school learning but aims to provide a comfortable, homely atmosphere where the children have a choice of activities in which to participate. A healthy snack will be provided for children who stay beyond 4.30pm.

In addition, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, between 3.30pm – 4.30pm, we also have a sporting activity available which is provided by either our current PE provider (Progressive Sports – on Wednesday) and (Kixx Sports – on Tuesday and Thursday). Children can attend the sports activities and then remain for the second hour of After School Club if required. If children do not wish to do the sports, that is fine. They will just do the After School Club activities with Miss Harby.

The sporting activity on a Wednesday will be changed each half term, the activities for 2023-2024 will be: Autumn 1 – Archery, Autumn 2 - Glow in the dark Dodgeball, Spring 1 – Fencing, Spring 2 - Tag Rugby, Summer 1 – Hockey, Summer 2 – Athletics.

Kixx Sports will provide football skills and multi sports on Tuesday and Thursday.
