Being Thankful About Our World
This half term, the value that we have been thinking about is Thankfulness. Over the past few weeks we have been discussing what we are thankful for and how we can show that we care to everything around us.
During PSHE on Thursday 3rd October, as a whole school, we ventured into the school grounds to see all the wonderful things we can be thankful for in our school. The children built dens together to show how we can care for our friends, created new bug hotels for all the animals and insects that live in the school grounds and even just spent time with children from other years groups to show how we are thankful for having so many friends as part of our school community.
We all enjoyed showing our gratitude towards the people, places and things that make us feel thankful.
