What a special part of the world our school is in! We are so lucky to have such beautiful surroundings that we can enjoy on our doorstep. Willow Class enjoyed a day out in the sun; walking down along the river to Cromford for a trip up the canal on a narrow boat! When we were on the boat, the volunteers led activities and we got to see the living section - wow that was amazing! We had a look around the train carriage at The Warf Shed, enjoyed a refreshing ice lolly and hopped back on the boat for another trip back down! We then gobbled up a delicious picnic together before a slow and steady walk back to school. A big thank you to all the parents who joined us - what a great day in the sun!
