January 2018!
2018 is underway with a cracking month full of powerful poetry-writing, polar and marine animal research, great strides in handwriting for many children, and marvellous manipulatives in maths. Check out the photos for examples of how we are using place value counters to represent our calculations, and please ask if you'd like to know more!
Last Thursday, nine of our pupils took part in the Sports Hall Athletics tournament at Anthony Gel school, winning a couple of the relay track races, and scoring high in the field events. Pictures of this fab event can be seen on the Sports Premium page.
